At Guachipupa, every can should feel like a warm welcome. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no stress, no runaround.
Not in love with your flavor? We've got you. We want you to find your perfect match. If you buy a case and the flavor isn't for you, contact us within 15 days of delivery at hello@drinkguachipupa.com and we'll issue a full refund. No need to send anything back. Just let us know which flavor didn't work for you — we might even suggest one that will.
Damaged or wrong order? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a quick photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No questions asked.
Refunds Once we confirm your request, we'll process your refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method. If you haven't seen it after 10 business days, email us at hello@drinkguachipupa.com and we'll track it down for you.
